Carbon Black

Carbon black is a fine, nearly pure elemental carbon particle It is traditionally made through the oil furnace process. While conventional production involves the incomplete combustion of hydrocarbons, our technology makes it sustainable through methane pyrolysis. This approach reduces environmental impact and lower carbon emissions

Carbon black production involves subjecting flare gas, methane, and natural gas to extremely high temperatures in a plasma reactor. This process breaks down the methane molecules into their elemental components, producing hydrogen gas and solid carbon in the form of carbon black.

The carbon black produced through methane pyrolysis can be typically produced in Pelletized Particle or powder form depend on customer needs.
